Colin and Pete presented work at Illinois' Eight Annual College of Education Graduate Student Conference. The topic was about the influence of social class status salience on college student academic performance, academic fit, and feelings of belonging at the university.

Undergrad researchers Irina, Yueyang, and Colin presented at the 2016 annual meeting of the Illinois Language and Linguistics Society in Urbana, IL. Their work was on the influence of Latino culture on preferences to use metaphor as a lens through which to view the world. Great job team! |
